Tom is president, team leader and lead listing agent of The Atwood Team of Keller Williams Legacy Metropolitan in
Baltimore City. With more than 25 successful years in sales—the past 10 in real estate—Tom provides his clients with a
decisive, winning edge in a crowded marketplace. He has extensive experience in negotiation and complex contract resolution,
property research and valuation, and strategic and social media marketing. Tom has strong partnerships with dozens of title
companies, mortgage lenders, property inspectors, and licensed contractors—ensuring all transactions are kept on track.
Tom is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR),
and Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR), as well as serving as Member, Keller Williams Agent Leadership
Council and Chairman, Keller Williams Cares, Baltimore. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from
Towson University. Tom is a native Baltimorean and resides with his wife, Laurie, and family in West Towson.
Phillip is an expert listing specialist as well as a buyer counselor with The Atwood Team. He joined the team in 2010.
He has owned a thriving family business for the last 20 years in Federal Hill, Phillip Michael Studio. During that time he
has made thousands of customers happy and has always put their needs at the top. In real estate, Phillip employs all of
his sales, marketing, and customer service knowledge to work for his clients and he produces results. Phillip is a native
Baltimorean and resides with his wife, Mary, and daughter in West Towson.
Chris has practiced real estate for 3 years while assisting dozens of clients attain their first home. He brings extensive
management and leadership experience from other fields to the real estate industry and any client would be proud to have
him on their side. Chris’s hands on approach and caring nature are just some of his finest qualities. Additionally, his home
improvement and renovation skills are an asset to our clients. Chris is also a member and officer of Palestine Freemasonic
Lodge #189 in Catonsville, MD. He purchased his home in Catonsville 10 years ago where he still resides.
Rochelle’s extensive sales and marketing experience over the last 10 years combined with her optimistic nature and endless
energy, makes her a natural fit in the real estate industry. Rochelle joined The Atwood Team in 2016. With 10 years of
experience in sales and marketing, she specializes in applying her expertise and marketing knowledge to her Real Estate
career. She studied business and marketing at University of Maryland College. In addition to being a mother of a 2 year old
daughter, she is an active member of her local community church.
After graduating from Towson University with a Business Administration degree concentrating in Finance, Colleen pursued her dream of being in the real estate industry. She has helped both buyers and sellers for over 20 years starting her career in new construction with national builder Ryan Homes. With her vast experinece, Colleen now heads up our builder division and works on a referral basis with individual clients. She and her husband Ray and son William live in Anne Arundel County.
Laurie has been assisting The Atwood Team as both Listing Manager and Operations Manager for 8 years. In addition,
Laurie is an experienced interior designer, graphic designer, marketing manager, photographer and freelancer. Laurie has
assisted many clients, friends and family prepare and stage their property for listing. She has also assisted several clients with
designing their existing or new homes including wall, flooring and lighting selection. Laurie has over 20 years experience
in interior design, 15 years experience in graphic design as well as 10 years in marketing. Laurie earned her Bachelor of
Science degree in interior design with a French and art minor from James Madison University.
Fran has spent her career in various fields shepherding clients and situations to the finish line. Fran’s passion to serve and
maternal instinct makes her “Frantastic.” Clients, agents, and vendors on both sides of the transaction feel her warm embrace
when the road occasionally gets bumpy. Her 7 plus years in real estate make her battle tested for the most complex transactions.
Fran is involved in the non-profit group BeMoreCaring. Every week she visits the homeless on the streets of Baltimore City
and Anne Arundel County to feed and mentor them. She is also involved in youth programs for underprivileged children.
